The MIDES monitoring system is a software developed to continuously and remotely check the Air Blaster cleaning system, all in a safe and intelligent digital environment.
With this system you can observe, analyze and configure all metrics. As the slightest sign that something is not within the parameters of the operation, the system sends an alert to act preventively.
System Components
Developed and created in a very simple and functional way. We incorporate sensors and software in 2 components that need to be installed in the equipment’s electropneumatic panel. See below:
- Probe | Digital Pressure Switch – pressure measuring instrument. Its function is to supervise equipment failures during their operation.
- Solenoid Valve – fundamental equipment for industrial automation. Electromechanical valve capable of opening and closing the air system. Being able to remotely control and sequence the discharge of the equipment, together with the probe, it will measure the discharge quality (Ec).
Monitor WHEN and WHERE you want
After installing the equipment, follow these steps:
- Access the MIDES website in the Client Area menu and login;
- Accept the terms and conditions of use;
- Register the person responsible for monitoring, that is, the person who will receive the non-compliance alerts;
- Identify and configure purchased components.
Ready! Now just enjoy this simple and intuitive monitoring system that, tested for 1 year, obtained a 99% SLA (Service Level Agreement). The interruption of the service happened only for extra system factors, specifically when the internet becomes unstable.
We also emphasize that both components are easily adapted to any equipment that works under air pressure, in addition to having a 3-year MIDES warranty.
